In the first stage, the diagrams we call “workflow” need to be designed. Workflows are a kind of drawing where each step of the work is represented by a shape and these shapes are connected to each other. At this stage, we need to identify the queries that are performed at each step of the job at hand.
Another advantage of workflows is that they facilitate transferring a process to machine code and animating it in a computer environment. At this point, we can start talking about the second phase of automation. When you complete the workflow, you are ready to automate that job. What you have to do now is to check if you have the information in each inquiry step. If the information you need to use while answering all yes/no questions in the workflow is available or not in the CRM and you have installed your CRM this way, the only remaining job is the transfer of the workflow to the "workflow automation" panel in the CRM application.
